Our founders and advisory team are industry veterans who have all held senior management positions directly with the carriers. Collectively we have over 200 years experience in wireless, two-way, and paging. We specialize in optimizing rate plans, features and management reporting as well as provide controls for long-term maintenance.
We currently work with a variety of customers that have a minimum of 200 wireless device users including data units. As a general rule, we work with companies that spend approximately $10,000 per month or more on wireless services and are corporate liable.
We review and optimize rate plans, negotiate carrier provisioning, RFQ/RFP design and/or scoring, develop handset deployment strategy, as well as identify beneficial wireless product applications. We manage cellular, PCS, 2 way radios, and paging. We also assist in planning for next generation technology migration strategy that will increase the utility and ROI for our customers. Most importantly, we offer a retained management service that keeps your wireless expenses in control and provides customized comprehensive reporting.

Our collective experience is over 200 years in wireless. Several of us began in the industry over 17 years ago and worked directly for the carriers up until recently. Additionally, the Senior Engineer that coordinated the construction of the first PCS system in the United States is on our team. We've not only analyzed competitive rate plan structures but have created them from the ground up for the wireless carriers. Many of the areas we'll review will be scrutinized by comparing and contrasting rate plan components that many users overlook.

In the best interests of everyone, we only engage in assignments that are mutually beneficial. Accordingly, we evaluate your environment in a no cost discovery session that is designed to determine the customer's needs and priorities through a series of questions and input. Regardless of how long it takes for the discovery process, there is no fee.
We schedule an appointment with key personnel within your organization and complete the customer profile and user analysis. Utilizing this information, we review the data and formulate a project plan based on your specifications.
In most cases we can begin within one week of authorizing the engagement agreements.
Depending on the complexity of your account, a range of two to eight weeks is normal.
